This document contains details on how to use the schedule page of giOpsCenter.
- Select an admin or admins from the left that you wish to create an appointment for.
- Select an org or orgs from the top to display their tickets, alarms, and tasks.
- Ensure the New/Assign selection is on New.
- Pick the ticket, alarm, or task you want to create an appointment for and drag it onto the schedule. A shadow will be displayed on the schedule showing when your appointment will be created.
- A dialog form will be displayed, make sure everything is set how you would like it and click save to finish.
- Select an org or orgs from the top to display their tickets, alarms, and tasks.
- Ensure the New/Assign selection is on Assign.
- Pick the ticket, alarm, or task you want to add to an appointment and drag it over the schedule. Each appointment will get a dotted yellow border, when one of them is hovered and ready to accept a new appointment the border will become solid.
- You will be promped to confirm.
- Click an appointment on the schedule to show and edit its details.
- Click and drag an appointment to a new time
- When released, verify your action
- Click and drag the handle on the bottom of the appointment you wish to change
- When released, verify your action
- Enter your comment in the text area.
- Click save.
Note: Must be an owner of the appointment
- Click on the start or end date
- Change the date and time to where you would like it
- Click the date again to close the menu
- If everything looks correct, click save

- Find the ticket, alarm, or task from the list of subjects on the appointment
- Click the 'x' to the right of that subject
- If everything looks correct, click save

- Click 'Assign user' from the list of actions on the right
- Enter the name of the user into the text box
- Select the user you are searching for
- If everything looks correct, click save

- Make sure the bottom button in the list of actions says 'Delete User Mode Enabled'
- Click the user you wish to remove
- If everything looks correct, click save

- Make sure the bottom button in the list of actions says 'Toggle Owner Mode Enabled'
- Click the user you wish to change
- If everything looks correct, click save
Note: Must be an owner of the appointment
- Click 'Change title' from the list of actions on the right, or click the title in the header of the dialog box
- Enter your desired appointment title
- Hit return or click away
- If everything looks correct, click save

- Click 'Delete Appointment' from the list of actions to the right
- Verify your action
