- Ask me something simple every few minutes - yes or no questions are good
- If we're in public, don't make a scene - having more people around will make me nervous
You'll be fine, stop worrying.

- If no one's around don't worry, you've done this many times successfully on your own
- Put your hand on your abdomen and feel yourself breath normally
- Don't try too hard, but breathing slower will help
- Drink something cold and carbonated if you can
- Stay warm
- Turn on a TV if you're alone, try to pay attention to whatever you're watching
