This application is a single-user, personal-use tool operated by an individual WHOOP member for the sole purpose of retrieving their own WHOOP data into a local file on their own computer. It is not a public service. There is no user base beyond the application owner.
The application retrieves the following data from the WHOOP API, associated only with the single authenticated WHOOP account that installed it:
- Physiological cycles (strain, heart rate)
- Recovery scores (HRV, resting heart rate, recovery %)
