We are looking for Support Engineer (WordPress) [CLOSED]

At authLab, we make super awesome WordPress plugins. Currently, around 50 thousand websites are powered by our products. We are expanding our product portfolio and we always improve our existing product features and provide VIP support for our customers.

To provide awesome support for our fast growing customers, we are hiring 1 support engineer this time.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing support via our support tickets/forums
  • Troubleshooting, investigating and creating detailed bug reports
  • Taking ownership of technical issues and resolve it ASAP
  • Working with Engineering team for more advanced issues
  • Providing pre-sales support
  • Resolving customer complaints

Requirements:

  • Excellent English and IT knowledge will get the most priority
  • Knowledge in WordPress or PHP would be a plus point
  • CSE Graduates will be more preferred
  • Have to be a team player

Salary

  • Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 BDT
  • Regular Increment
