My current deadbolt and knob need to be replaced.

Plan

In this order:

  1. Get Schlage B560 deadbolt
  2. Get residential Schlage handle/lever
  3. Upgrade deadbolt cylinder to Primus

Questions

  • Am I correct that the handle is not a security device?
    • Does the handle even need to be lockable?
  • How much should I expect to pay for the Primus cylinder? (Initial research suggests 100–150 USD.)
