1) In your theme directory, open this file: content.php

2) Find the block like this:
<div class="entry-thumb hover-effect">
    <div class="mask">
        <a class="link-detail" href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>" data-icon="&#xe0c2;"></a>
    </div>
    <img src="<?php echo $thumbnail[0]; ?>" alt="<?php the_title(); ?>">
</div>

3) Replace it by:
<div class="entry-thumb">
    <a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>"><img src="<?php echo $thumbnail[0]; ?>" alt="<?php the_title(); ?>"></a>
</div>
