REDTR Friday 13th
JON: you think you're so smart! and you are. fun working with you (again!). glad you are on our team and not theirs. excellent
troubleshooter. easy going personality is great. love that you have a CS background and can think things in a different way than those
just starting out with just Ruby. like your flexibility. like it that the repartee for tables and attributes, at the beginning of the
project was fruitful, though it might not have started well. criticism: tell us what you will be doing, and how, before you jump into
a problem. otherwise, you are ok! says he'll work on verbalizing thought process.
HEDY: good group member, good leader, strong programmer (what?). was excited to be in the same group as you. maybe too good a leader,
step away sometimes. thanks for your generosity and hosting the team. snacks are yummy. criticism: too much organizing and facilitatin,
though that's good for the team also. surprised you think you are weak in programming. she would like feedback right away if she's
doing something wrong.
JARED: able to verbalize what he is doing is good, and able to take group in explaining what he is doing to its logical end. smart.
good to have you here. felt weird initially having a fourth member join in on second day. but glad things worked out. was happy to
work with him again, after having had worked with him in mod 2 Rush Hour. excited to work with him as well as he knew he had strong
skills. criticism: work on taking your frustration on the team and killing their spirits, especially b/c whatever hole we may find
ourselves in, we will always get out of it. glad you recognize this may be a weaknesses to work on already. glad to be working with
you. says he will work on his life long struggle with dealing with frustration.
KRIS: very kind and sharing, roll with jokes. all great attributes to have in a teammember. has strong skills and we love that she
likes styling, b/c the rest of us have no game. great organization, and natural leadership abilities, but also need to forego backing
down and instead take a stand. need to stop only organizing, but facilitate as well. need to work on confidence, and need to get some
perspective about where she is now from where she's been. that she has made it this far, when so many couldn't. she brings a balance
to this team made up of loudmouths and trashtalkers. hedy would hire you in a team without a second thought. you are invaluable! hugs!
