Nice, thanks for the input. There are a bunch of RSS readers that seem to be slightly modified copies of each other, but I agree an F-Droid open source one should be the top choice.

Miniflux is missing from the selfhosted aggregators list. It's pretty minimalistic and works very well, also actively maintained.

I suggest to add https://rss-bridge.org/bridge01/ under the RSS-Bridge section. This is the officially hosted instance by the rss-bridge maintainers.
