        When using the Festive Tree Maker Discord Bot, The company collects the following:
            * DISCORD USER ID
            * DISCORD SERVER ID
            * DISCORD ROLE ID

        We do not store any of the following information:
            * Messages or Message contents
            * User account contents like names, avatars, banners and rich presense
            * Server names or server contents like roles, channels, emotes and events
    2.3 Usage Data & Deletion:
        The Usage Data is Collected Automatically when using the Service or is granted permission to collect when using the Service.
        If you would not like to take part, and you have collected food by accident, you will be able to remove your own data from the bot by using the supplied commands.

3. Usage of Collected Data
    The Company use the collected data for the following purposes:
        * To provide and maintain the Festive Tree Maker bot
        * To manage the users inventory of food, meals and internal stats of command usage
        * To identify and display usage trends within the server
    The company does not and will never share or sell this information
    The company does not share any information with Third Party people.

4. Data Storage and Protection
    All stored data is kept on protected servers that are monitored 24/7 which are locked with password protection and ssh key protocols that are managed by the company. 
    All database transactions are recorded and reviewed to ensure 100% upmost security.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy
    We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time.
    In this case, the new privacy policy will automatically be sent to the bot.
    "Last updated" will also be changed.
    You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
