How to mirror rsyslog official .deb repo to packagecloud

Requirements

1. On your laptop install and configure package_cloud CLI (login to package_cloud)
2. Run in a container, using here the target distro

docker run-v $(pwd):/data -it --rm ubuntu:16.04

Install rsyslog deb repository

apt update
apt dist-upgrade -qy
apt install -qy software-properties-common
add-apt-repository ppa:adiscon/v8-stable
apt update

Mirroring with apt-mirror
