Bugs found on the Urban Terror 4.2 server / client

  1. truncated long log lines aren't ended with a new line char
  2. ClientUserinfo lines messed up
  3. server renames players 'UnnamedPlayer_x'
  4. connecting on a full server shows wrong message after a while

Issues with the installer

  1. The installer does not check all files ; if I delete one file by accident, running the updater should repair my game folder

Issues with the packaging of Urban Terror 4.2

  1. There is no mapcycle.txt file in the q3ut4 directory after installation. Expecting one with the maps available natively.
