Just a comment for posterity. If anyone tries to use this file and your alt alerts aren't firing, you'll want to change img-alt-require to simply alt-require.

@DrummerHead Thanks, I didn't even notice, looks like gists do not send notifications.
I copied your example back here, and sorted the lines alphabetically.

It would be nice if they added an options for ignoring unescaped codes within double handlebars only for handlebars users. (or just support handlebars in general)
