Shoutout/Support command

How to add to ScorpBot

!command add !shoutout +m Please check out $target over at $url, they were last playing $game!

What do I type?

!shoutout <name of streamer>

What will I see?

ScorpBot: Please check out <name of streamer> over at <streamer URL>, they were last playing <last game streamer was playing>!

Raid command

How to add to ScorpBot

!command add !raid +m We're raiding $target! Everyone head over to $url and spam #MIXERMAGIC after I get things started!

What do I type?

!raid <name of streamer>

What will I see?

ScorpBot: We're raiding <name of streamer>! Everyone head over to <streamer URL> and spam #MIXERMAGIC after I get things started!

The +m indicates only moderators and above can run these commands.
