I'm a business-oriented principal software engineer who can:
-
guide the approach and execution of a software delivery team (serve as a Tech Lead);
-
be responsible for the direction, quality and approach, while combining in-depth knowledge of technical constraints, user needs, and organizational level leadership (serve as an Architect);
-
dig deep into arbitrarily complex problems and find an appropriate path forward (serve as a Solver);
-
provide additional leadership bandwith to exectutive leaders and address not-so-technical problems at the intersection of business, technology, people, culture, and process (serve as a Right Hand).
I feel energized when someone I’ve sponsored sends an announcement that they’ve shipped their work, or when I see that I’ve helped shape or shift an engineering team’s model of an important topic.
I've been working in the blockchain space since early 2020, and developed decentralized applications on EVM, Substrate, CosmWasm.
I won a Chainlink hackathon in the Polkadot category with my team.
I was leading the team during protocol design and implementation of zero-liquidation loans for one of Terra Money projects.
I designed and co-ordinated security audit of the Terra Money module of one of the biggest cross-chain message relayer networks.
I've been educating non-technical crew at Finder about blockchain fundamentals and practical applications. I also led the go-live of the Peace Koala NFT collection.
I've been part of the team who engaged with various projects around CosmWasm smart contracts design development.
I'm an expert in TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystem, and have been focusing on becoming an expert in Rust ecosystem. I'm also very highlgy skilled in practical application of both, architectural and software development patterns.
I concentrate my learning paths around cryptography, distiributed systems, and user experience.
I encourage domain-oriented software modeling process, that aims producing modular architectures.
I also advocate for taking small steps very often, a.k.a. experimentation. I think it's always good to know why some things need to be done, and what are the alternative options to go ahead.
