All libraries have subtle rules that you have to follow for them to work well. Often these are implied and undocumented rules that you have to learn as you go. This is an attempt to document the rules of React renders. Ideally a type system could enforce it.
What Functions Are "Pure"?
A number of methods in React are assumed to be "pure".
On classes that's the constructor, getDerivedStateFromProps, shouldComponentUpdate and render.

the twitter api is stupid. it is stupid and bad and expensive. hence, this.
Literally just paste this in the JS console on the bookmarks tab and the script will automatically scroll to the bottom of your bookmarks and keep a track of them as it goes.
When finished, it downloads a JSON file containing the raw text content of every bookmark.
for now it stores just the text inside the tweet itself, but if you're reading this why don't you go ahead and try to also store other information (author, tweetLink, pictures, everything). come on. do it. please?

I was at Amazon for about six and a half years, and now I've been at Google for that long. One thing that struck me immediately about the two companies -- an impression that has been reinforced almost daily -- is that Amazon does everything wrong, and Google does everything right. Sure, it's a sweeping generalization, but a surprisingly accurate one. It's pretty crazy. There are probably a hundred or even two hundred different ways you can compare the two companies, and Google is superior in all but three of them, if I recall correctly. I actually did a spreadsheet at one point but Legal wouldn't let me show it to anyone, even though recruiting loved it.
