Ingredients:
* 4 cups cubed french bread (get something nice, fresh and tasty!)
* 4 eggs
* 2 cups milk
* 1 cup white sugar
* 1 tbl spoon vanilla extract
* 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
* 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Steps:
1. preheat that oven to 350F
2. get one them there glass pan things, like this: http://www.pyrexware.com/index.asp?pageId=11&CatID=388&SubCatID=393&upc=71160042933 but maybe not as big?
3. combine eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla till it's siiiiilky smooth
4. add in the bread (and bananas and chocolate chips) gently mix so that all the bread is covered in the liquid. let it soak for a few minutes.
5. pour into pan thingy
6. stick into oven for about an hour. keep an eye on it, don't let it burn
