large zucchini, depending on the size -

vegetable broth (either cube, powder or home mande)
Chop half the onion and pour it in a large and wide pan, with olive oil. When the onion becomes blonde, add the zucchini.
Cook them for 10 minutes, occasionally add some water.
Put the water for the broth on the hob.
