Herbert: Welcome to Microsoft Customer Service Chat, Tom. Please give me a moment while I review your question.
Herbert: Please be informed that this chat service is available to guide you to the appropriate resources for your questions. Often this can include technical support options or a phone number to the appropriate Microsoft team.
Herbert: I understand that you have a suggestion for us Tom?
Tom Baker: Well more of a thought that just occurred to me.
Herbert: Okay.
Tom Baker: From what I can tell (and I'm sure my knowledge of Microsoft's inner workings is quite incomplete) Microsoft is almost too large to have the agility necessary to produce new and innovative products. On the other hand, your company has massive resources at its disposal, resources a smaller company can only dream of ever having. Have you guys considered (or do you already) investing in smaller startup companies to provide them with the resources to make the next big technological innovation?
Tom Baker: Don't get me wrong, I love many of your products.
Tom Baker: I just feel like Microsoft hasn't brought anything particularly innovative to my nearest Best Buy or such.
Herbert: I see, that is well-noted Tom, we do have certain partners that address this issue as well, that really depends on the Microsoft's upper-management if they invest in other companies or develop new technologies.
Herbert: I have made a note of this Tom and I will certainly forward your thoughts to my supervisor.
Herbert: I also believe that with do well with that idea.
Tom Baker: Excellent. I would love to see more products like Natal (I'm really looking forward to that one) come from Microsoft.
Herbert: I mean, will do well with that idea.
Herbert: I see. I hope so too Tom.
Tom Baker: Also while I have you on here, I just want to pass along my praise for Windows 7. I absolutely love it, and as a user of Windows Vista since its public beta days, I feel like you guys have made tremendous progress.
Tom Baker: I also keep strongly recommending it to my friends and family because of how stable it is and how easy it is to use.
Herbert: I see, thank you so much for patronizing our products Tom, we aim to do our best with what we do, especially with what our customers really need. We want to deliver the best.
Tom Baker: I just hope you can bring this much awesome in your next version of Windows!
Herbert: Thank you for sharing your ideas and insight with us Tom, I have made a note of that as well. I know that we will be able to continue improving with our products.
Herbert: Is there anything else that I may assist you with, Tom?
Tom Baker: That's it for today, thanks for your time.
Herbert: Thank you for using Microsoft Customer Service Chat. Please feel free to come back again. We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
