docker \

  --name mattermost-preview \
  --publish 8065:8065 \
  mattermost/mattermost-preview

Connect locally: http://localhost:8065

Login

Go to System console and enable bot creation:

http://localhost:8065/admin_console/reporting/system_analytics

Enable Bot Account Creation: true
