Lead React Web Developer

Lead React Web Developer

Full-time, full-remote - between GMT and GMT+4

What we do

Trackingplan is a no-code customer data monitoring tool that allows any online business to validate the data they collect about their customers and send to third-party integrations, such as Google Analytics or Intercom. Without changing their current code stack, they get schematic validation and real-time traffic monitoring on the key business events they have defined in their current tracking. Among others, we prevent data downtimes, detect untracked marketing campaigns and find bugs in our clients’ data collection. With this win-win product, every customer demo is a success.

What we are looking for

We have completed our first venture round and are backed by Nauta Capital and K Fund, two of the most prominent VCs in Europe. A few months after launching, we have customers with 100M+ users relying on Trackingplan. Due to this rapid growth, we are searching for our first full-time hire: A frontend React developer with strong technical skills.

The perfect candidate must be comfortable working in an environment with rapidly changing priorities, and able to quickly prototype product ideas and perform A/B user tests. We are looking for a developer with a feedback-seeking mindset that puts the sake of the team above their own. Ideally, the hire should be leading our front-end development efforts in 6-12 months.

Who we are

You will be working among seasoned technical founders coming from companies such as GoogleAI, Oracle, Hooks and Mailtrack. You will practice trunk-based development, code reviews and learn from and with a team that strives for technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Our current Frontend Architecture Lead will work hand in hand with you to get you up and running and he will remain hands-on indefinitely. Together you will scale our product Web Apps and build a frontend team.

What we offer

We offer all the benefits of a remote startup: flexible working hours, lots of technical independence, allowing you to lead projects in a peer-to-peer environment, and unlimited growth opportunities as the business develops. We believe that sustainable work-life balance is key. Instead of working overtime or pulling all-nighters, we advocate for technical excellence, scalable solutions, and clean and readable code to make both our professional and personal life easier.
