git branch

// 3. delete all your local changes, and reset to what is on github
git reset --hard HEAD

// 4. pull down the latest changes
git pull origin HPV-Vaccine

// 5. push all your local changes up to github
git add -A
git commit -am "insert a message about your changes"
git push origin HPV-Vaccine
