DTR for Refactor Tractor Group Project

Project: Refactor Tractor Group Project

Group Member Names: Karen, Jordan, Taras

Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?):

- Good Gihub Colab Workflow.
- Understand fetch and promise.
- Meet MVP.         
- Get experience and comfort with remote work. 

Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here):

Taras: Focus on the work at hand. 
Karen: Communication 
Jordan: Experience in writing code. Backend knowledge

How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:

Karen: Previous experince in mod 2. 
Jordan: Strong knowladge of backend and deep undestanding of JS. 
Taras: Willingness and desire to learn and finish project at hand. 

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?):

Free most days. After class meeting is good except for Brothers on Thursday evenings. 
For Taras need forcus jsFun stuff and general personal learning, mostly about an hour after class every day. 

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team?):

Slack is preferred method of communication. 
Let know ahead of time if you cant make the meeting. 
Communication is number 1 priority. 

Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):

Taras/Karen: Need to get better at nested iterators. 
Team: Incorporate new technologies that we learn in class into the project. 

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):

Karen- focus on jQuery
Taras - understand classes and data interaction, jquery and network requests 
Jordan - All the things. Paired programming. 

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests/Debugging and Problem-solving Techniques):

- Implement github projects
- Implement commit emojis
- Do “real” code reviews 
- Implement gihub issues
- Comment on code on github

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:

- Open to any constructive feedback. 

Project management tools we will use (GitHub projects or Trello are popular tools):

- Gihub Projects.
