Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions

  • mix dry ingredients in a small bowl
  • add chicken to large bowl with olive oil, toss chicken to evenly coat chicken
  • add spice mix and toss again to coat
  • grill 5-6 minutes on each side
