2. Cream butter, sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add vanilla.
3. Combine cocoa, flour, soda. Gradually stir into wet ingredients. Fold in chips.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
5. Bake 8–10 minutes, until puffy, but still soft.
6. Allow cookies to cool on sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
## Note
† When making this at home for family, I drop the white chocolate and go with 2 cups of the semi-sweet chocolate chips. (White chocolate is an abomination, but it presents well.)
