We want to add another task for the emerald :)

Learn how to pair (remotely) and document that for the rest of the company so we all can learn from you.

Here we collect our ideas and links:

• team bonding and learning how to pair before getting into back into work they are frustrated with

How about we add the tasks:

• Research the topic online (find all the blog posts, conference talks, ...)
• Make a list of things to try
• Try them all
• Take notes
• Write up a blog post (either internal or external)
