Support and resistance

  1. Support is when pause of downtrends is paused because of the demand concentration

Support

  1. Resistance happens when there is a supply concentration which causes temporary pause of uptrend.

Overview

Method for reading the price patterns, shows you open, low, high, and close prices for a security for a specific period.

Patterns

Bullish bars mean close is higher than the open and opposite for bearish. It has a wick, and a body, and the body relative to the wick.

Timeframe

Hourly, daily. The timeframes can be combined like two single hours become 2 hours timeframe.

Chart Patterns or Trends

Trends depict the general direction of a price for a security.

Indicators

Simple moving averages

SMA averages the the most recent n time periods price to calculate the SMA.

Exponential moving averages

The EMA is a moving average that places a greater weight and significance on the most recent data points.

RSI (relative strength index)

The relative strength index (RSI) is a momentum indicator used in technical analysis that measures the magnitude of recent price changes to evaluate overbought or oversold conditions in the price of a stock or other asset. It is often drawn below the graph of an asset price.
