1      15-21 Dec 	Stylesheet, C9, Documentation plan, accessibility checklist, code review process. QA process, Finalize templates.
2      22 Dec-6 Jan	20 modules (Design, development, documentation, QA, accessibility)
3      7-24 Jan     18 modules (Design, development, documentation, QA, accessibility)
4      25-31 Jan    Final QA, Finetunes, consolidation, compliance with submission requirements.

Modules

  1. Every module should be simple.
  2. Following steps should be taken for every module to mark it done a. Requirement (Purpose, fields, design structure) b. Design and development c. QA d. Documentation
  3. Total 38 modules

  2. Roles

Val - Mentor, frontman Umer - Illustrations to be designed by Umer as per specifications given by Usman. Usman - PM and QA Ahmed - Frontend tech lead Hammad - Frontend developer Abdullah - Frontend developer Umair - Code review, documentation, any technical help needed, mentor.

Misc

  1. Prepare a list of accessibility
  2. While working on a module do design, development, QA, documentation, accessibility.
  3. QA also includes code review, and label checks.
  4. Documentation to be done after QA.
  5. Officially work on team financial share.
  6. Umair to finish his work module by module. 1 hour call every other day during sprint 2 and 3.
