How could you add a filter to this? Allowing you to only follow people with certain keywords in their handle or bio? Curious if thats possible.. Thanks in advance!

I'd probably change the 1000ms at the end of that script to something more sane like 4000. I have noticed 1000 triggers twitter's automation check.
