Masala Pav is one of the favorite street foods of India. This is buttery and is filled with the goodness of egg and is bursting with flavors. Serve it with onions and lemons by the side and enjoy it hot.

- Egg - 4 Nos
- Pav Bun
- Butter
- Chili Powder
- Pav Bhaji Masala - A Pinch
- Coriander Leaves (Dhana Leaves)
- Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Onion - 1 No. Chopped
- Green Chili - 3 Nos Chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tsp
- Tomato - 2 Nos Chopped
- Salt - 1 Tsp
- Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 Tsp
- Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
- Capsicum - 1/2 No. Chopped
- Water - 1/2 Cup
- Coriander Leaves
- Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp
- Heat some butter in a pan, add onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute them
- Add tomatoes and cook them
- Add capsicum, spice powders and salt and cook them well
- Mash the ingredients roughly
- Add sliced egg pieces and saute well
- Finally, add coriander leaves and serve hot with pav buns
- Heat some butter and add red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and coriander leaves and stir well
- Toast the pav buns on this spiced butter and serve it along the Butter Egg Masala.
