The embassy will forward your visa application to the responsible foreigners authority. The immigration authorities must agree to the application if the stay in Germany for a period of more than three Months or an employment is to take place.

As of 1 August 2012, the Act on the Implementation of the European Highly Qualified Directive (Directive 2009/50 / EC of 25.05.2009) entered into force. This law regulates the introduction of a new Residence permit for highly qualified persons who are nationals of a non-EU country, the so-called Blue Card EU.

What are certified copies and where do I get them?
