once you have decide to move. It is best to advise you boss immidieatly.
You will be needing two things, i.e.
- A valid userid of INPS
- with device pin activated (con PIN Dispositivo)
- A valid citizen userid on cliclavoro
You will need to request INPS pin from their website, half of which you will recive on you cellphone an dhalf will be deilvered to your residence address via post.
After this go to you profile and request for modification of pin: fill the form, dowload it sign and upload it along with the ID document provided in form.
❗ Remember, don't make cliclavore login unless you have INPS login.
Go to cliclavor login form, and select login using INPS account. Fill the form providing email and userid for cliclavoro. Your account INPS acount will be used to validate and activate the citizen userid.

- Login to cliclavoro
- go to reserved area Area riservata
- Select Dimissioni Volontarie/Freiwillige Selbstkundigungen from left menu
- Login again using INPS credentitials
- Select Nuovo
- For Il rapporto di lavoro è iniziato prima o dal 2008? Select Dal 2008 in poi
- Click cerca to search valid contracts
- Select the contract you want to resign from
- Fill in email address to send resignation to
- Insert the date of revocation of employment (Last working day, you will be unemployed from next day)
- Select type of communication voluntary resignation
- CONFIRM
