Recepie for making Palak Paneer !!
Ingredients(for 2) :
* 2 lumps of palak leaves.
* 1 big onion or 2 small onions
* 1 big or 2 small tomato
* 4 green chilli
* ginger garlic paste / gingers and garlic
* zeera
* haldi powder
* dhaniya powder
* garam masala
* Salt
* Panner cubes
Recepie :
1. Boil palak leaves for 5 min approx.
2. Parallely, put some oil in the pan and add zeera, green chili, onion, ginger, garlic and after some time tomatoes.
3. Stir them until onion turns red, around 5-7 min.
4. Grind the palak leaves finely. Dont let the lumps be there.
5. Add fried onions and tomatos to the grinded spinach paste and prepare a combined paste of both these.
6. Now, add some oil to a fresh pan and add haldi, red chiili, dhaniya powder, hing and garam masala.
7. Stir them for 2 min. and then add the paste we prepeared to it.
8. Add taste as per salt.
9. Stir the mixture once and cover it with a lid for around 4-5 min.
10. Adds panner cubed to it.
11. Let it boil for another 3 mins and them make a check on the taste. Add ingredients to compensate on lagging taste.
12. Add water if required and boil for 2 min.
13. Grate 2 panner cubed over it before serve.
Notes:
1. Keep spices on lower end.
2. Grind paste finely and dont let lumps be there.
