Ingredients -
1. Onion (2)
2. Tomato (2)
3. Ginger Garlic paste
4. Zeera
5. Green chilli (4)
6. Curd (3 spoons)
7. Haldi powder
8. Dhaniya powder
9. Red chilli
10. Salt as per taste
11. Garam masala
12. Green peas.
13. Paneer cubes
14. Coriander leaves.
Recepie :
1. Put some oil in the pan and add zeera, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chiili and little salt for easy cooking.
2. When they are well fried, grind them in the mixer to prepare the paste.
3. With a fresh pan, add some oil with haldi, dhaniya powder and red chilli powder.
4. After 2 min, add the paste we prepared and stir them for 4-5 min to get it mixed well.
5. Adds 3 table spoon of curd to this mixture.
6. Mix it well and let it boil for 2 min.
7. Adds green peas and salt as per taste.
8. Add paneer cubes after 1 min and let the gravy be mix well with paneer cubes.
9. Add water to form the gravy but dont add in excess. At the end, the gravy needs to be little thick and not wattery.
10. Let it boil for 5-8 min and add garam masala in between this.
11. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
