Ingredients (for 2) -
1. Onion [2]
2. Tomato [2 small]
3. Capsicum [2 small]
4. Gream peas/Carrot
5. Mushrooms [6-7 pieces]
6. Eggs [4]
7. Green chilli [4]
8. Haldi powder
9. Dhaniya powder
10. Chilli powder
11. Garam masala
12. Ginger garlic paste
13. Lemon [1/2]
14. Soya sauce
15. Salt to taste
16. Bread
17. Peanut butter [crunchy]
Recepie -
1. Put some oil in the pan and add zeera to it.
2. When they start turning color, add chopped onions, green chilli, capscium (they should be finely chopped as well), peas/carrot and ginger-garlic paste to it.
3. Adds little salt for easy cooking.
4. When onion starts turning red (it will take around 4-5 min), add chopped tomatoes to it.
5. Stir for 1 min and them add haldi, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and garam masala to it.
6. Stir them together for another 3-4 min for spicies to be cooked.
7. Add soya sauce to it.
8. Stir to evenly distribute the sauce and then add chopped mushrooms.
9. Add some salt and water and cook it for 3 min. Better cover it with a lid.
10. At his point of time, everything would be cooked and now it's the time to add eggs.
11. Move the sandwhich masala to one half of the pan and crush the eggs on the other half.
12. Add salt to it separately.
13. Stir it to mix the salt and then start mixing it with the rest of the prepared masala.
14. Mix all the ingredients properly and it is almost done. Adds salt or spicies if they are needed.
15. Sprinkle chopped corriander leaves and add half lemon to it.
16. Mix it well and it is ready for the filling.
17. Add peanut butter both sides of the bread and fill the masala to make the raw sandwhich.
18. Toast the bread on tawa from both sides until it get a crispy touch.
