            "answer":"Maintenance Charges notices are posted on Common floor, Digital Signage, email through HDFC bank payment gateway displayed in all Notice Boards, and also published on the Association website. We are not obliged to send individual intimations as decided by General Body. If communication is not received for any reasons, the members themselves can contact the Estate Office to get the details."
