LeUI and DUI++ clash with ToF. LeUI causes ToF install errors. DUI++ will install and mostly works fine, but you can't right click to inspect spells in the mage/priest books. Pretty necessary function given how much ToF/SCS modify spells. EEUITweaks seems to work fine and contains most of the main stuff we want from LeUI in it.
This is a guide aimed at teaching newer players just how powerful arcane spell casting is at keeping somebody alive, the good people at bioware made it so strong, that it is actually better to use a mage than a fighter for your tank. By using a combination of spells, your mage is pretty much invulnerable, allowing them to tank even the strongest monsters without breaking a sweat. This in turn allows your fighters and companions to do their job, which is deal as much damage as possible while also not having to worry about dying. Anyone who has played through the game on insane difficulty and LoB has probably already figured this out, but I thought I would share my thoughts just the same.

A modified Bard casting table for the BG2 5E Spellcasting mod that adjusts for the un-nerfed, 8th level Bard spell table.
Copy the attached file over 5E_spellcasting\data\5E_casting\d5cstbrd.2da.
The un-nerfed bard table can be obtained from Tweaks Anthology:

I'm going to describe how to make a build.
Use this website to plan: https://underrail.info/build/
On the left side in the planner, set your level to the max of 30.
You said you want to use Guns so pick one as your main weapon and focus the build on it: Assault Rifles, Shotguns, Pistols, Sub Machine Guns, Sniper Rifles, Energy Pistols, Chemical Pistols. PICK ONE.
Consider disabling the High Resolution Textures DLC before you install the game. Those textures can cause problems with the ICE mod, see below, but are also of marginal value on the Deck's smaller screen while almost doubling the size of the installed game (Adds 48GB to the base game's 56GB). Again, do not install the texture pack DLC if you plan to use the ICE mod.
Go into the ... menu while Monster Hunter World is running. Select the Performance tab, then set these values:
Per-game settings: On
Framerate Limit: Unlimited
Refresh Rate: 30
Allow Tearing: On
