With 12 bright engineers and knowledgable product owners, we were able to onboard some of the big businesses on the digital chat from legacy IVR-based customer support, providing up to 60% spend reduction while maintaining the satisfaction rate below the 70% SLA. The Virtual Assistant Building tool was a game changer for the company and replaced the engineering-heavy application development task with a low-code designer-focused self-service tool. The tool reduced the effort by up to 75% and turnaround time by 60-80% depending on the complexity of the virtual assistant change request.\n\nDuring this time, there was a complex and breakthrough experiment done to create a 3rd party UI SDK for iOS and Android using React-Native.
