Project Expectations: What does each group member hope to get out of this project? 
 - Learn how to work on software development project in a partnership capacity. 

Goals and expectations:
 - Completing project but with emphasis towards successful collaboration.

Team strengths:
- Mike has access to Turing alum. Provides additional resource to the group. Ashish has a mentor as well. Input on good collaboration techniques can be provided in addition to the coding work itself.

How to overcome obstacles:
- Good communication channels

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?):
 - Wide availability. 

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?):
- Through Slack and exchanging of personal cell numbers.

Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):
- Same current technical ability but we both have access to outside resources. TDD is an area for desired improvement.

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):
- 50/50

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests): 
 - yes and combination of driver/navigator, ping/pong, remote, and collective work.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:
- Directly. Letting each other know about potential impedements.
