All members are available to work everyday and there are no scheduling constraints.

We're all willing to work on various aspects of the project if needed and would take advantage of the learning opportunity afforded by this particular project and its scope.
What does each group member hope to get out of the project?
Better understanding of interacting and manipulating pieces of data in our database through ActiveRecord.
What is the agreed upon Git workflow? What project management tool will be used? What is the agreed upon procedure for conducting code reviews before merging into master: who will review pull requests, and when?
Waffle.io will be used as the primary project management tool. All branch pull requests will be reviewed by at least one other member of the team.
