delete volumes

HTTP Methods (Verbs)

Spec: http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec9.html
OPTIONS: Display which HTTP methods can be called on a resource.
GET: Just get a resource.
PUT: Update a resource


PATCH: Partial update of a resource (not universally supported)
