The sponsors bit is a bit vague. "strike correct balance between keeping the integrity of the event & maximizing the sponsors' satisfaction" doesn't communicate what that balance will mean for the sponsors. What should they expect from this balance? Also, it implies that sponsors damage the integrity of a conference.
