Enabling dummynet and re-compiling your kernel

$sudo make menuconfig

  • "Processor type and features" ---> "Timer frequency" ---> 1000Hz [no 10000Hz option :(]
  • "Networking support" ---> "Networking Options" ---> "Network Packet Filtering framework" ---> enable options that you need

  • Mplayer
