I strongly recommend that if you're doing an implementation that requires a country list, that you do not blindly use the entire list unless it's really needed as a requirements. Too many apps are developed with- "we need a country list? ok!" and then it goes live with a list of 80+ entries in a drop-down when the actual user use case is never going to need 'Vanuatu' or 'Mayotte'. Don't ship there? Don't have customers there? Never ever will anybody using the application actually pick that country? Then get rid of it.

(And, I guess.... Check for duplicates? The list from @rehanshaikh1823 has Nepal twice.)
