I believe everyone does their best work in an environment of creativity, clarity, and empathy.

Creative thinking leads to innovation and more importantly, fun. Try the weird thing--Embrace the unknown and find new (strategically and ethically reasonable) paths to solve problems. I got your back.
Clarity of purpose, plans, and responsibilities are non-negotiables for smooth operations. If at any point things start the get too blurry for comfort, let's get it sorted out.
Let's not forget that there is indeed a world beyond the team--we are humans dealing with human things, let's treat eachother with kindness and compassion.

Transparency: I'll do my best to be as transparent as I can be to drive clarity for the team--working with you to ensure I don't bore or distract you with information that you may not care about.
Transparency: As open as I am with you, I ask for the same in return. Let's have open and honest conversations so I can better support you.Be frank and candid--sometimes finding the right words are difficult.
Let's chat 1:1 so I can better understand your expectations of me.


Accountability: You can trust that I will operate with the your best interest and the team's best interest in mind. I will also own up to any misteps and make it right, this is a crucial aspect in maintaining your trust.
Accountability: Just as you can trust me to do my job, I ask you to provide the same level of accountability.I will trust you to get things done and do them well. I will only intervene if you ask or if it is absolutely necessary.
Trust can be a fickle thing in the work place, so this is ultimately an ask to ensure we maintain a high level of trust. It's as simple as that.


Support: Your success is the team's success is my success. Blocked? Unsure on next steps? Need validation? I'm here to help.
Personal autonomy: Have confidence in your choices and be proactive in driving your own successes and impact. I am here to mentor, coach, and support you but only you can get to where you want to go.
