In no particular order:
- iframe would be nice
- Have to restart server to get changes when accessing via /teaspoon
- Need to not initialize app in application.js so it can be loaded on demand for testing
- Both /teaspoon in server and CLI don't run in test env
- Had to copy over some helpful tooling (like start-app) from facturas
