既然這是官網設計比賽，我們想要重新設計整個網頁
一般的官方網頁都是被政府拿來宣導資訊的地方，所以不會有什麼期待
所以我們想要的是從民眾的角度思考，滿足民眾的需求，參考現有官網數據，我們認為民眾打開官網是想要取得協助，好比想要申訴，或是申請文件...等等
我們在頁面上設計了主要三種功能
* 行事曆
- 打開頁面就能看見市府最近的最新活動，以月曆的方式呈現，會比抽象的幾月幾號還要清楚
* 地圖
- 地圖：得知最近有哪些地方在修路
* 諮詢流程
- 民眾有需求，但是他對於市府的業務不見得很了解，搜尋對多數民眾其實不夠友善，所以我們設計了一個協助諮詢的元件
