- Download and install cmake from https://cmake.org/download/
- Download dlib from http://dlib.net/
- Download openCV from https://sourceforge.net/projects/opencvlibrary/
- Extract openCV and add
opencv\build
to user path environment variable - Extract dlib
cd dlib-19.4\dlib-19.4\examples
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -G "Visual Studio 14 2015 Win64" ..
cmake --build . --config Release
