  1. Warmup with the ball (5 mins)

Players line up at start, run with the ball across the lane, leave the ball at opposite side, run along lane to next ball and repeat. When they get to the end they must run back down the middle of the lane and repeat the process. For variety they can spin with the ball.

  1. Shooting (10-15 mins)
  2. Defending the Goal ( 10-15 mins ) It would be a good opportunity for the lads to practice the inside overstep too (see 3:55 mark). Might ramp it up from 1v1 to 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 quickly though because we don't want players hanging around on the endline too much.
  3. Heaven and Hell (5 mins)
  4. Match!
