    • The first 5 mins of that video are good. It's a good basic dribbling and passing exercise.
    • Variation - use the inside step-over when changing direction.
    • We should set up 2 such boxes (to avoid too much waiting in line - 6 at each box - 3 on each opposite corner
    A square - 1 cone at each corner About 8 strides apart.

    Players from each side run with the ball to the opposite side passing the ball thru the gate at the other end.
    Variations
    1. Player runs backwards (going wide to avoid collision with next player) to starting line. (see video)
    2. Player chases next player (from opposite line) back to his own starting line. (see video)

I'm thinking 1 or 2 laps around the pitch followed by this dribbling warmup https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_fXFXposRY would be good for tomorrow's warmup session (1 + 2) - Don't want to repeat the same warmup too often.
