- The first 5 mins of that video are good. It's a good basic dribbling and passing exercise.
- Variation - use the inside step-over when changing direction.
- We should set up 2 such boxes (to avoid too much waiting in line - 6 at each box - 3 on each opposite corner
A square - 1 cone at each corner About 8 strides apart.

Players from each side run with the ball to the opposite side passing the ball thru the gate at the other end.
Variations- Player runs backwards (going wide to avoid collision with next player) to starting line. (see video)
