Clean duplicated Context Menu items on OS X
Run Terminal, and execute this command.
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/ LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
Then, relaunch Finder. All done. This has been tested on MacBook Pro (Mountain Lion).
